CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 8:44 pm
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick
Members absent: Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jennings, Commissioner Klein
Alternates present: Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: Commissioner Evans
Commissioner Foley was sitting for Commissioner Jennings and Commissioner Taylor was sitting for Commissioner Klein.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: None
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Motion by Commissioner Foley, seconded by Commissioner Macro was made to approve the minutes of the Public Hearing and the Regular Meeting held on March 1, 2011. The motion carried unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Motion made by Commissioner FitzPatrick to approve Mr. and Mrs. Addington’s COA Application as presented at the Public Hearing with the stipulation that HDC review and approve the specifications for the barn doors and main access door, seconded by Commissioner Foley, and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Chairperson Macro reported that the Demolition Delay Ordinance needs to be modified to eliminate the appeals process by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
- Chairperson Macro will initiate the application for Phase III of Historic Resources Inventory.
- Commissioner Foley reported on the status of the Demolition Delay Ordinance Application Form.
ADMINISTRATION: The July meeting has been rescheduled to 7/12/2011.
ADJOURNMENT:
Commissioner FitzPatrick moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 pm; seconded by Commissioner Foley. The motion carried unanimously.
